Kayli Says: It tells me that, even though a city can be so technological, so advanced, it can be the stupidest city ever. How is this so, you ask? Well, if a person, living in a city, doesn't know about human genetics by the time they are 16, and because the government is keeping it all a secret, don't you think there is a problem? Uh, yeah! That's like brainwash I tell you, Brainwash!!! These people are the closest human example to aliens ever!!! Well, except for Special Circumstances, of course, those people are creepy!!!
