Why do you think that Tally ultimately decides to figure out where Shay is?
Kayli Says: Tally probably feels all left out, that everyone's younger than her and such, so she decides that she can make it all go away if she just does what Dr. Cable wants her to do. And plus, being an Ugly for the rest of your life is a pretty haunting idea.
